The farmers

It all starts with the farmer. With people who grow vegetables, grains, and other ingredients with care and craftsmanship. We work as much as possible with local and sustainable partners who share the same belief: good food starts with good raw materials. This requires healthy soil and sufficient attention to biodiversity. This is where the foundation for taste, quality, and food safety is created. This is exactly what we build upon later.
