The food of Hutten does not come from just anywhere. We manage our entire chain: from the farmer planting the first seeds to the moment our guest sits at the table. We work with partners who share our vision, allowing us to influence every step of the process. This gives us something unique in the market: certainty, flavour, transparency, and impact.

The farmers
It all starts with the farmer. With people who grow vegetables, grains, and other ingredients with care and craftsmanship. We work as much as possible with local and sustainable partners who share the same belief: good food starts with good raw materials.
This requires healthy soil and sufficient attention to biodiversity. This is where the foundation for taste, quality, and food safety is created. This is exactly what we build upon later.

De Verspillingsfabriek
In De Verspillingsfabriek, vegetables with a dent, spot, or unusual shape get a second chance. Courgettes, bell peppers, and onions that would otherwise go to waste are processed into soups and sauces full of flavour, without unnecessary additives. In the Waste Factory, people with a distance to the labour market work. Together we create impact by reducing waste and creating opportunities.

Our Care Bakery
In the Care Bakery, bakers with a hearing impairment work on the most delicious pastries and the most famous sausage rolls in Brabant (also available in a tasty vegetarian version).

Hutten Culinary centre
At the Culinary Centre in Veghel, everything revolves 24/7 around flavour, craftsmanship, and progress. Here our chefs prepare the foundation for culinary experiences at workplace and event locations across the country every day. With chefs of various nationalities, we bring together a world of flavours and traditions. This makes our kitchen rich in inspiration and innovation. We continue to develop in the areas of taste, health, and sustainability so that every dish not only surprises, but also feels good.
