National Potato Week: 17–26 April
More than 500 million kilos of potatoes in the Netherlands are at risk of going to waste. This is not a small problem, but a massive crisis that calls for action on a large scale. That is why No Waste Army is launching National Potato Week: ten days during which the entire country comes together to rescue as many potatoes as possible and help farmers find an outlet for their produce. This nationwide initiative is one that we at Hutten are proud to support, and we encourage our guests to enjoy one of our potato dishes during this period.
